Employees with Disabilities

NCFAED will function on behalf of all people with disabilities who are in the employ of the FAA.  NCFAED will operate as an integral link of the nationwide network to help further the federal employment education process, to promote professionalism in the performance of duties, and interaction with local communities and qualifications, to monitor the progress of people with disabilities trainees, to assist the Agency in recruitment and retention of people with disabilities, to promote a barrier free workplace with accessibility to special equipment as required, and to promote EEO for members and local communities through lawful means.
